New Issue: GS Finance prices $6.31 million trigger PLUS linked to Topix index

Buffalo, N.Y., June 13 – GS Finance Corp. priced $6.31 million of 0% trigger Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due June 4, 2026 linked to the Topix index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
If the final index level is greater than or equal to the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 400% of the return, subject to a maximum payout of par plus 90%.
If the index declines by 20% or less, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines from its initial level.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is the underwriter. Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is a dealer.
