New Issue: Great Plains Exploration plans C$5 million sale of flow-through shares

New York, Dec. 2 - Great Plains Exploration Inc. said it has negotiated a private placement for C$5,022,000.

The company plans to sell, through a syndicate of underwriters led by GMP Securities LP, 1.62 million flow-through shares at C$3.10 each.

The rest of the syndicate includes Dundee Securities Corp. and Acumen Capital Finance Partners Ltd.

The offering is slated to close Dec. 15.

Proceeds will be used for the company's C$32 million 2006 capital expenditure program.

Calgary, Alta.-based Great Plains is an oil and natural gas exploration company.
