Genius World intends to price C$10 million private placement of stock

NCP Northland Capital is agent; proceeds will finance business plan

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 29 - Genius World Investments Ltd. said it plans to sell stock in a private placement through lead agent NCP Northland Capital Partners Inc. The company will raise C$10 million by selling common shares at a price to be determined.

Proceeds will be used to fund the company's business plan and general working capital and corporate purposes.

The capital pool company is based in Richmond, B.C.
