Knight Capital hires Natarajan to head bank loans, distressed trading

Milwaukee, June 15 - Knight Capital Group, Inc. has hired Vikram Natarajan to its U.S. fixed-income sales and trading team, according to a press release.
Effective immediately, Natarajan is a managing director and head of bank loans and distressed trading. He will report to Sean Dowd and Al Lhota, managing directors and co-heads of U.S. credit sales.
Prior to joining Knight, Natarajan was managing director at FBR Capital Markets where he was responsible for distressed and loan trading.
Previously, he was an executive director with UBS in distressed trading.
He has also held various roles at Credit Suisse including capital markets, distressed trading and co-leading a proprietary desk within leverage finance.
Natarajan has a B.A. in political science from Johns Hopkins University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
