Cadwalader promotes Benjamin, Loncar, Macchiarola to special counsel

New York, Nov. 8 - Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP said it promoted Aaron Benjamin, Ivan Loncar and Michael C. Macchiarola to special counsel.

Benjamin, an attorney in the capital markets department in Charlotte, N.C., focuses on structured finance, derivative products, other innovative limited-recourse lending transactions, secured transaction law and the federal securities laws.

Loncar, an attorney in the capital markets department in New York, concentrates on fixed income and credit derivatives and structured financial products.

Macchiarola, based in New York, is focused on structured products transactions on behalf of investment banks, domestic and foreign commercial banks and large hedge funds.
