GATX intends to offer senior notes via three bookrunners

Los Angeles, Aug. 8 – GATX Corp. plans to price an offering of senior notes, according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will feature a make-whole call followed by a par call.
BofA Securities, Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC are the joint bookrunners.
U.S. Bank Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
Mayer Brown LLP will act as counsel for the issuer, and Winston & Strawn LLP will be counsel for the underwriters.
Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
GATX is a Chicago-based railcar lessor, owning fleets in North America, Europe and Asia.
