New Issue: Taiwan's Taipei Fubon sells NT$2.45 billion 1.7% seven-year debentures at par

Madison, Wis., July 26 - Fubon Financial Holding Co. announced the issue of NT$2.45 billion of subordinated financial debentures on behalf of Taipei Fubon Bank.

The seven-year debentures priced at par with a coupon of 1.7%.

Proceeds will be used to meet mid- or long-term funding needs or to raise the BIS ratio.

This is the bank's second issue of subordinated financial debentures in 2011.

Fubon Financial is a financial services company based in Taipei, Taiwan.
