Prospect News reports eight new defaults for week of April 9-April 15

Pittsburgh, April 17 – Prospect News reported eight new defaults for the week of April 9 through April 15.

Specifically, Prospect News reported Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings made by Frontier Communications Corp., Longview Power, LLC, True Religion Apparel, Inc., LSC Communications Inc. and Pace Industries, LLC, administration filings made by NMC Health plc and Debenhams Retail (Ireland) Ltd. and a missed interest payment on J.C. Penney Co., Inc.’s 6 3/8% senior notes due 2036.

So far in 2020, Prospect News has reported 84 defaults, including 55 Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings, 16 missed interest payments, six missed payments, three missed principal payments, two administrations and one each of missed principal and interest payments and Chapter 7 bankruptcy filings.
