New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $25 million 4.5-year non-call 0.5-year step up notes at 0.50% initial rate
New York, Jan. 19 - Freddie Mac priced $25 million of 0.50% initial rate 4.5-year non-call 0.5-year step up medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on July 1, 2020 and have a Bermuda call beginning July 1.
Piper Jaffray & Co. is the manager.
