New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $25 million 3.5-year non-call 0.25-year step up notes at 1.00% initial rate
New York, Sept. 21 - Freddie Mac priced $25 million of 1.00% initial rate 3.5-year non-call 0.25-year step up medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on April 15, 2019 and have a Bermuda call beginning Jan. 15, 2016.
First Tennessee Bank NA Memphis and Vining Sparks are the managers.
