Madison, Wis., June 12 - FCT MTN Pte. Ltd. issued S$100 million of medium-term notes on Tuesday, according to an announcement by Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management Ltd., manager of Frasers Centrepoint Trust.
FCT MTN issued S$70 million of 2.3% series 005 notes due June 12, 2015 and S$30 million of 2.85% series 006 notes due June 12, 2017.
The series 005 and series 006 notes were issued under the S$500 million multicurrency medium-term note program established on May 7, 2009.
DBS Bank Ltd. is the dealer of the notes.
The issuer said it will lend the proceeds from the notes to its parent company, HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Ltd., which is the trustee of Frasers Centrepoint Trust.
According to the announcement, the notes have a BBB+ rating from Standard & Poor's.
Frasers Centrepoint, a subsidiary of Frasers and Neave, Ltd., is a residential property developer and retail mall owner and operator in Singapore.
