Moody's: Foster's under review

Moody's Investors Service said it is continuing its review for possible upgrade of the Baa2 long-term and P-2 short-term senior unsecured and issuer ratings of Foster's Group Ltd.

Moody's said it is continuing its review of Foster's ratings due to a material level of uncertainty at the current time in regard to the company's operating strategy and capital structure under the new ownership of SABMiller plc.
