Moody’s confirms Flexi-Van

Moody's Investors Service said it completed its review of Flexi-Van Leasing Inc. and confirmed the Caa2 rating on the company’s 10% senior secured second-lien notes due 2023.

Moody’s started the review after the company offered to exchange the existing notes for new 10¼ senior secured second-lien notes. Flexi-Van didn’t issue any new notes.

The company’s Caa1 corporate family rating and Caa1-PD probability of default rating are unchanged.

The outlook is negative.
