Fleming's hearing on disclosure statement pushed back to March 25

New York, March 1 - Fleming Cos. Inc. filed a notice pushing back the hearing to approve its disclosure statement to March 25 from March 3.

The hearing will also schedule a confirmation hearing for its first amended plan of reorganization, set a voting deadline and fix voting procedures.

Fleming, a Lewisville, Texas, grocery distributor and convenience-store operator, filed for Chapter 11 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware on April 1, 2003. The case number is 03-10945.
