Turkey's Finansbank board OKs $750 million five- to seven-year bonds

Chicago, March 29 - Finansbank said its board of directors unanimously decided to issue up to $750 million principal amount of dollar-denominated bonds to foreign investors.

The maturity will be between five and seven years.

Finansbank AS is an Istanbul, Turkey-based commercial bank.
