F&H Acquisition records $20,000 operating loss for Jan. 28 to Feb. 24

Pittsburgh, March 27 – F&H Acquisition Corp. marked an operating loss of $20,000 for the period of Jan. 28 through Feb. 24 on zero net sales, according to its monthly operating report filed Friday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

In comparison, F&H posted an operating loss of $32,000 for the period of Dec. 31 through Jan. 27, also on zero net sales.

The net loss for the February period was also $20,000, narrowing from a $32,000 net loss for the previous period.

The company also reported cash and cash equivalents of $4.53 million as of Feb. 24, up from $3.41 million at Jan. 27.

F&H Acquisition, a Wichita, Kan.-based owner and operator of Fox and Hound, Champs and Bailey’s restaurants, filed for bankruptcy on Dec. 16, 2013. The Chapter 11 case number is 13-13220.
