F&H Acquisition records $640,000 operating loss for Jan. 1 to Jan. 28

Pittsburgh, Feb. 20 - F&H Acquisition Corp. reported a $640,000 operating loss for the period of Jan. 1 to Jan. 28 on $17.1 million in total net sales, according to its monthly operating report filed Feb. 20 with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The net loss for the period was $1.47 million.

The company listed $4.53 million of cash and cash equivalents as of Dec. 15.

F&H Acquisition, a Wichita, Kan.-based owner and operator of Fox and Hound, Champps and Bailey's restaurants, filed for bankruptcy on Dec. 16. The Chapter 11 case number is 13-13220.
