Engie Energia Chile launches tender offer for 5 5/8% notes due 2021

Los Angeles, Jan. 15 – Engie Energia Chile SA said it has begun a cash tender offer for any and all of its outstanding $400 million 5 5/8% notes due 2021 (Cusip: 268270AA3).
The company is offering a tender offer consideration of $1,034.50 per $1,000 principal amount, according to a press release.
Holders will also receive accrued interest to but excluding the settlement date.
The offer expires at 5 p.m. ET on Jan. 22.
Holders who tender their notes under guaranteed delivery procedures must deliver their notes by 5 p.m. ET on Jan. 24.
BofA Securities, Inc. (800 292-0070 or 646 855-8988), Citigroup Global Markets Inc. (800 558-3745 or 212 723-6106) and Scotia Capital (USA) Inc. (800 372-3930 or 212 225-5559) are the dealer managers for the tender offer.
Global Bondholder Services Corp. (866 470-3700 and 212 430-3774) is the tender and information agent.
