Moody’s rates Evoca notes B3

Moody’s Ratings said it assigned a B3 rating to Evoca SpA’s planned €550 million of guaranteed senior secured notes maturing in 2029 and revised the outlook to stable from negative.

The agency also affirmed the company’s B3 ratings.

The proceeds will be used to repay the €550 million of guaranteed senior secured notes, also rated B3, due in November 2026.

"The rating affirmation and change in outlook to stable from negative reflect the company's lower leverage driven recovery in operating performance as well as the proactive refinancing of its 2026 debt," said Michel Bove, a Moody's AVP, analyst and lead analyst for Evoca, in a press release.
