S&P puts Expert Global on positive watch

S&P said it placed the CCC+ corporate credit rating on Expert Global Solutions LLC on CreditWatch with positive implications.

The CreditWatch placement follows news that Alorica Inc. signed a definitive agreement to acquire Expert Global, S&P said.

Expert Global’s existing debt will be repaid when the transaction closes, the agency said.

The CreditWatch placement will be resolved when upon the deal’s completion, S&P said.
