S&P lowers Expert Global

Standard & Poor's said it lowered its issuer credit rating on Expert Global Solutions LLC to B- from B.

The outlook is stable.

S&P also lowered its rating on Expert Global's first-lien term loans to B- from B and the rating on its second-lien term loans to CCC from CCC+.

"The downgrade reflects our view of EGS' worse-than-expected operating history, even though its lenders broadly accepted its proposed amendment concessions," S&P credit analyst Kevin Cole said in a news release.
