South Africa's Eskom to start a roadshow for €500 million offering of seven- to 10-year bonds

New York, Feb. 14 - Eskom Holdings Ltd. plans to start a roadshow for a €500 million offering of eurobonds (A2/BBB+) next week, according to a market source.

A roadshow is scheduled to start on Monday in Frankfurt and Munich, Germany, and then move to Holland on Feb. 21, to Paris on Feb. 22 and wrap up in London on Feb. 23.

The tenor is expected to be seven to 10 years.

JP Morgan and Calyon are running the Regulation S transaction.

The electricity company is based in Johannesburg.
