New Issue: EDP Finance sells $500 million 6.3% green notes due 2027 at Treasuries plus 245 bps

Buffalo, N.Y., Oct. 4 – EDP Finance BV priced $500 million of 6.3% green notes due 2027 at Treasuries plus 245 basis points on Monday, according to a market source.
The notes priced tighter than initial guidance in the 275 bps area.
BofA Securities Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co., LLC, BBVA Securities Inc., Credit Agricole CIB, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Mediobanca Group, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Santander Investment Securities Inc., SMBC and Societe Generale are bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.
EDP Finance is a subsidiary of Energias de Portugal, a Portuguese electric utilities company based in Lisbon.
