Dundee Energy lenders demand C$57 million credit agreement repayment

Pittsburgh, July 21 – Dundee Energy Ltd. and some of its wholly owned entities received a notice from their credit agreement lenders demanding repayment in full of C$57 million, plus interest and expenses, by July 31, according to a news release.

Dundee said it is reviewing its options with its legal and financial advisers on how to proceed in light of the demands being made by the lenders and will continue to operate its business as usual during the review period.

Dundee is a Toronto-based oil and natural gas company.
