Dura creditors committee amended to add ninth member

Pittsburgh, Dec. 7 - Dura Automotive Systems, Inc.'s U.S. Trustee reappointed the official committee of unsecured creditors for the company's Chapter 11 case to add a ninth member, according to a Thursday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The new member is Steven M. Wilson of DuPont Capital Management, Washington, D.C.

The committee is also comprised of Nicholas W. Walsh of Wilfrid Aubrey LLC, New York; Robert H. Major of BNY Trust Co. Midwest., New Albany, Ohio; James E. Murphy of US Bank NA, New York; Niraj Ganatra of the International Union, UAW, Detroit; William McCarron Jr. of Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp., Washington, D.C.; Douglas G. Eberle of Johnson Electric NA, Inc., Plymouth, Mich.; Christine Maria DeSonia of Thompson IG, LLC, Fenton, Mich; and Robert A. Conrad of HSBC Bank USA, NA, New York.

Dura, a Rochester Hills, Mich.-based automotive parts maker, filed for bankruptcy on Oct. 30. Its Chapter 11 case number is 06-11202.
