Dometic to start roadshow Monday for €200 million eight-year PIK notes

Portland, Ore., April 8 - Dometic Corp. will begin a European roadshow on Monday for a €200 million offering of eight-year senior payment-in-kind notes (expected ratings Caa1/CCC+), according to an informed source.

The European roadshow is set to wrap up on Wednesday.

Goldman Sachs International is the bookrunner for the Rule 144A and Regulation S offering.

The notes come with four years of call protection.

Proceeds will be used as part of the financing for the acquisition of the Dometic Group by funds advised by EQT V Ltd.

The issuing entity is Frostbite 1 AB, a special purpose vehicle for the Elkhart, Ind.-based provider of leisure products for the caravan, motor home, automotive, truck and marine markets.
