New Issue: Dollarama sells C$150 million three-year floaters at CDOR plus 54 bps

Tupelo, Miss., May 13 - Dollarama Inc. sold C$150 million three-year floating-rate senior notes at par in a private placement offering in Canada on Tuesday, according to the company and an informed source.

The notes (DBRS: BBB) priced at the Canadian Dealer Offered Rate plus 54 basis points.

RBC Dominion Securities Inc. and CIBC World Markets Inc. were the bookrunners.

The Montreal-based dollar store operator plans to use the proceeds to repay debt outstanding under its revolving credit facility and for general corporate purposes.
