S&P rates Dispensing Dynamics notes B-

Standard & Poor's said it assigned its B- corporate credit rating to Dispensing Dynamics International. The outlook is stable.

At the same time, the agency said it assigned its B- issue-level rating to the company's proposed $125 million senior secured notes due 2017. The recovery rating is 3.

"The corporate credit rating on Dispensing Dynamics International reflects what we consider to be the combination of DDI's vulnerable business risk profile and highly leveraged financial risk profile," said S&P credit analyst Maurice Austin in a news release.
