S&P puts DFC Global on watch

Standard & Poor's said it placed its ratings, including the B issuer credit rating, on DFC Global Corp. on CreditWatch with negative implications.

"Our CreditWatch negative listing follows DFC's lowered earnings guidance and announced buyout agreement with an affiliate of Loan Star Funds," said S&P credit analyst Igor Koyfman in a news release.
