Dendreon to sell 10 million shares on follow-on offering
New York, Nov. 28 - Dendreon Corp. said it plans to sell 10 million shares of common stock in an off-the-shelf follow-on offering.
Banc of America Securities LLC will be bookrunner with JMP Securities and Lazard Capital Markets as co-managers.
The deal has a greenshoe for 1.5 million shares.
Dendreon is a Seattle-based biotechnology company. Its stock closed at $5.90 Monday.
