DBSD North America's official unsecured creditors committee appointed

Pittsburgh, May 29 - DBSD North America, Inc.'s official committee of unsecured creditors has been appointed by U.S. trustee Diana G. Adams, according to a Friday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

The committee members are Richard P. Mastoloni of Space Systems/Loral, Inc., based in New York; Jeff Jones of Wildcat Systems LLC of Carmel, Ind.; and Tom Peters of Wireless Strategy, LLC of McLean, Va.

DBSD is a subsidiary of ICO Global Communications (Holdings) Ltd., a Reston, Va., mobile satellite services company. The subsidiary filed for bankruptcy on May 15. Its Chapter 11 case number is 09-13061.
