Moody's: Dave & Buster's unaffected

Moody's Investors Service said Dave & Buster's Inc.'s B3 corporate family and probability-of-default ratings, Ba3 senior secured bank rating and Caa1 senior bond rating are unaffected by the company's parent company Dave & Buster's Entertainment Inc.'s potential initial public offering.

The outlook is stable.

Proceeds are slated for debt reduction, which is seen as positive, according to the agency.
