CHC Helicopter to start roadshow Monday for $250 million 10-year notes

St. Louis, April 8 - CHC Helicopter Corp. will start a roadshow Monday for a $250 million offering of 10-year senior subordinated notes (B2/B), according to an informed source.

The roadshow is expected to conclude on April 20.

Merrill Lynch & Co. will run the books on the Rule 144A offering. Scotia Capital is co-manager.

The notes will come with five years of call protection.

Proceeds will be used to fund the tender offer for €94.25 million of the company's 11¾% senior subordinated notes due 2007.

CHC Helicopter is a St. Johns, Newfoundland-based helicopter services company to the oil and gas industry.
