Carpentersville Community Unit School District, Ill., to price $65.735 million in G.O.s Sept. 8

New York, Aug. 27 - The Carpentersville Community Unit School District No. 300 of Illinois plans to price $65.735 million in series 2008 general obligation bonds on Sept. 8, said a preliminary official statement released Wednesday.

The bonds (A3/AA/) will be sold on a competitive basis with William Blair & Co. as the financial adviser.

The bonds are due from 2023 to 2028.

Proceeds will be used to acquire, build and equip school buildings; purchase land for school sites; and refund certain outstanding obligations.
