Moody's: Caraustar unchanged

Moody's Investors Service said it said that the missed interest payment due May 1 on Caraustar Industries, Inc.'s senior notes does not currently impact the ratings due to a 30-day grace period contained in the indenture.

The previous rating action on Caraustar occurred on March 3, when Moody's said it downgraded the corporate family rating to Caa2 and the probability of default rating to Caa3.
