Moody's rates Crescent Energy notes B1

Moody's Ratings said it assigned a B1 rating to Crescent Energy Finance LLC's new senior unsecured notes.

Crescent's other ratings, including its Ba3 corporate family rating and existing senior unsecured notes rating of B1, and stable outlook remain unchanged, the agency said.

Crescent will use the notes to refinance its $700 million of senior unsecured notes due 2026.

"Crescent's refinancing benefits the company's credit profile by extending its debt maturities," commented Jonathan Teitel, a Moody's vice president and senior analyst, in a press release.
