Comcar receives extension of exclusive period to file Chapter 11 plan

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 1 – Comcar Industries, Inc. received an extension of its exclusivity period for filing a Chapter 11 plan, according to an order filed Thursday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The exclusivity period was extended through Dec. 14.

Auburndale, Fla.-based Comcar Industries, through its subsidiaries, provides truck transportation and logistics services in the United States. The company filed for bankruptcy on May 16 under Chapter 11 case number 20-11120.
