Prospect News reports three new defaults for week of Oct. 12-Oct. 18

Pittsburgh, Oct. 20 – Prospect News reported three new defaults for the week of Oct. 12 through Oct. 18.

Specifically, Prospect News reported Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings made by Castex Energy Partners, LP and Mac Acquisition LLC (Romano’s Macaroni Grill), as well as a missed interest payment on Concordia International Corp.’s notes.

So far in 2017, Prospect News has reported 141 defaults, including 77 Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings, 20 missed interest payments, seven missed principal payments, five schemes of arrangement, four each of Chapter 15 bankruptcy filings and distressed exchanges, three recapitalizations, two each of Title III filings and missed principal and interest payments and one each of administrations, bankruptcies, Chapter 7 bankruptcy filings, business reorganizations, extrajudicial reorganizations, involuntary Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings, Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act filings, Canada Business Corporations Act filings, missed interest payments paid within the grace period, notes-for-equity exchanges, plans of arrangement, liquidations, provisional liquidations, safeguard proceedings, missed maturity payments, insolvencies and civil rehabilitations.
