Carlyle CLO 2014-3 seeks holder approval to change trustee for notes

Olympia, Wash., April 17 – Carlyle Global Market Strategies Euro CLO 2014-3 DAC is seeking approval from holders of its class A-1 notes to appoint U.S. Bank Trustees Ltd. as successor to State Street Bank and Trust Co. as trustee, according to a notice.

Consents from holders of at least 66 2/3% of the notes are required for the change to be made.

Holders are being asked to approve the proposal via written resolution by noon ET on April 23.

Holders of the €265.75 million of class A-1A-R senior secured floating-rate notes due 2032 and €5.25 million of class A-1B-R senior secured fixed-rate notes due 2032 were notified.
