Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 5 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $3.43 million of 0% trigger step securities due Aug. 31, 2021 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus the greater of the index gain and the step return of 43.5%.
If the index falls by up to 25%, the payout will be par.
Investors will be fully exposed to any losses if the index finishes below its 75% downside threshold.
