S&P lifts Corporate Capital Trust view to stable

S&P said it revised its outlook on Corporate Capital Trust to stable from negative and affirmed its BBB- issuer credit rating on the company.

S&P also affirmed the issue rating on the company's senior secured debt at BBB-.

“Our rating on CCT reflects the company's stable performance across its diversified $3.97 billion portfolio. The portfolio is concentrated in senior secured loans (70% of portfolio at Dec. 31, 2017). We also view favorably that investment assets are 78% floating rate, offset by some concentration in the capital goods industry, which represented 19% of the portfolio at Dec. 31, 2017,” S&P said in a news release.
