Singapore's CWT sets up S$500 million multicurrency MTN program

Madison, Wis., June 26 - CWT Ltd. announced it has established a S$500 million multicurrency medium-term note program.

DBS Bank Ltd. and Standard Chartered Bank will act as arrangers and dealers for the program.

The company said it may issue series of notes in Singapore dollars or any other currency with various coupons and maturities.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Based in Singapore, CWT provides integrated logistics solutions for customers in the commodities, chemical and petrochemical, marine, oil and gas, defense and industrial sectors.
