New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $324,000 Bares linked to iShares MSCI Emerging Markets

Tacoma, Wash., Dec. 13 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $324,000 of 0% buffered accelerated return equity securities due Dec. 31, 2020 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final share price is greater than or equal to the initial share price, the payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of the ETF’s return, subject to a maximum return of 11.5%. Investors will receive par if the ETF declines by up to 10% and will lose 1% for every 1% that it declines beyond 10%.
