New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $5.74 million autocallable yield notes on stocks

By Kiku Steinfeld

Chicago, July 3 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $5.74 million of autocallable yield notes due May 31, 2022 linked to the common stocks of Apple Inc., Amazon.com, Inc. and Netflix, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will pay a monthly coupon at a rate of 9% per year.

If each stock closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly trigger observation date, the notes will be automatically called at par plus the coupon.

The payout at maturity will be par unless any stock finishes below its 60% knock-in level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to any losses of the least-performing stock.
