New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $1.22 million digital buffered notes tied to S&P 500

Chicago, March 30 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $1.22 million of 0% digital buffered notes due Aug. 4, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above its 85% buffer level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the maximum settlement amount of $1,200 for each $1,000 principal amount.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1765% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.
