Coty starts roadshow for €500 million secured notes due April 2026

Portland, Ore., June 7 – Coty Inc. began a roadshow on Monday for a €500 million offering of senior secured notes due April 2026 (expected ratings B3/B), according to market sources.

Left lead bookrunner and joint global coordinator BNP Paribas will bill and deliver. Deutsche Bank, Credit Agricole, ING and UniCredit are joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners. JPMorgan, BofA, SMBC, RBC, Citigroup and MUFG are joint bookrunners.

The short five-year notes become callable after two years at par plus 50% of the coupon.

The roadshow wraps up on Wednesday.

The New York-based beauty products supplier plans to use the proceeds to pay down its term loan A.
