Continental Resources to redeem $500 million 5% notes due 2022

New York, Aug. 7 – Continental Resources, Inc. said it will redeem $500 million principal amount, or 31%, of its $1.6 billion principal amount of outstanding 5% senior notes due 2022.

The notes will be redeemed on Sept. 12 at a redemption price of 100.833% of par plus accrued interest to the redemption date, according to an announcement.

Continental Resources is an Oklahoma City-based explorer, developer and producer of crude oil and natural gas.
