Concentra to start roadshow Tuesday for $150 million seven-year notes

By Paul A. Harris

St. Louis, July 25 - The roadshow starts Tuesday for Concentra Operating Corp.'s sale of $150 million senior subordinated notes due 2010 (B3 expected/B-), according to a syndicate source.

The deal is expected to price during the week of August 4.

Credit Suisse First Boston and Citigroup are joint bookrunners on the Rule 144A deal. Deutsche Bank Securities and JP Morgan are co-managers.

Proceeds from the seven-year non-call-four note will be used by the company to repay debt.

Concentra is an Addison, Tex-based provider of services designed to contain healthcare and disability costs.
