New Issue: Collins & Aikman Floorcoverings $175 million yields 9 ¾%

St. Louis, Mo., Feb. 14 - Collins & Aikman Floorcoverings, Inc. priced $175 million of senior subordinated notes dues Feb. 15, 2010 (B2/B) Thursday at par to yield 9¾%, according to a syndicate official.

The offering was "multiple times over subscribed, and priced through the price talk" of 10%-10¼%, according to the source.

Joint bookrunners were Credit Suisse First Boston and Banc of America Securities. Co-managers were BNP Paribas, Fleet Securities and Wachovia Securities.

Proceeds from the Rule 144A notes will be used to repay debt, to fund future acquisitions and for general corporate purposes.
