San Luis Obispo, Calif., Nov 7 – Northern Lights Fund Trust announced that the CMG Managed High Yield Fund plans to change its name next month, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Effective Dec. 30, the fund’s name will be CMG Tactical Bond Fund.

At the same time, the fund will change its investment strategy to invest at least 80% of its assets in bond instruments, which invest primarily in high-yield bonds and other high-yield fixed-income securities.

King of Prussia, Pa.-based CMG Capital Management Group, Inc. serves as the investment adviser to the fund.
